If the property management company has changed since I signed my lease, is it still valid?

Property management company has changed multiple times since I signed my lease. All of them are horrible, as is the building owner, and won’t fix anything! What recourse do they have if I just move out?

Yes, it is still valid. The property management is just the owner’s agent.

Create a video blog
you don’t lease an apt from the mgmt co, you lease it from the owner. so yes your lease is probably still valid. if the repairs needed are for things constituting health code violations, contact dept of health or housing.
