Properties on Yahoo are normally take from other places/sites. If you list the property with a brokerage/company it should go onto local the local MLS, sites local real estate sites, REALTOR.com and then will show on other sites like yahoo, msn, homes etc. Sometimes when you list FSBO (for sale by owner) and put it on certain FSBO websites it will also post on Yahoo.

Loopnet is the best commercial site to list commercial property
I made over 120k on one deal having a property listed there.
I owned the property 90 days all three partners in the deal made 120k. This was a large apartment building, they have strip malls and office buildings and spec homes you name it listed on there nationwide. check it out a membership to list is less then 500 a year. I split my membership with a couple of other real estate buddies that are investors we each pay 15 a month per. Goodluck
