What are the standard rates for a construction management proposal?

I’m in need of help… I’m preparing a proposal for CM services and have no idea what to charge. It is for a commercial project and I’m trying to figure out what someone will pay and believe is fair.

I personally wouldn’t go with any standard rates (% of construction/design fees etc).
Have a look at the management spec and work out the resource you will need to fulfil your obligations plus any sub-consultants you might need.
Take this schedule and multiply up by the hourly rate you need to achieve (including what you need to pay any sub-consultants) – remember to add in any applicable overheads (office, cars, travel and subsistence) and any taxes.
This will give you a far more accurate cost than a simple % calculation.
