How do I find subcontracting work as a residential/commercial cleaner in Maryland?

ABC company is building a Dunkin Donuts..who would I ask to find out first its a Dunkin Donuts there building and who would I contact to inquire about the cleaning.

I’m not familiar with how Maryland works, but I’ll give you some suggestions that might work. Your local (either city or county) clerk or recorder and the building department should be good resources for what you need.
Permits should be public record/ Go and ask them the contact for the specific address where the construction is being built. The clerk’s office should have a record (also public) of any business license or fictitious name filing, and that will have the contacts.
You may need to dig a little deeper, to get to the actual person in charge. But once you have a contact, then just continue to inquire who will be in charge of the cleaning.
You may, also, want to just stop by the site and talk with the workers and/or supervisor…a lot of times they are a wealth of information.
