I am a residential realtor. I have a client that wants to purchase a $8 million property that is listed by another broker. Do I send the listing broker a “Letter of Intent” or a commercial contract to sign? When a letter of intent is signed by the seller and buyer, does it then go to a real estate attorney? And does the real estate attorney handle the rest? Need Help ASAP!!

I am interested to buy a property for my retirement in a remote area so I can reside there. The part of property has commercial area which is a casual restaruant and an antique shop, but the majority of the property is a house. Also, I have no intention of running any of business but I would like to lease them to tenants. Can I still get a loan as a residential mortgage?

I would like to be a commercial construction project manager; however, I want a job with security! (about me real quick…) I have been working for Walgreen’s for two years now while attending pensacola junior college. I just graduated with my associates in business(3.8 gpa) and I am now trying to pick my major… I was stuck between business and construction…. Business I could do manager for Walgreen’s making 35-100K+ a year (im happy so far at Walgreen’s) and if I do something in business I am not stuck with just one career choice… where as construction (COMMERCIAL) I not guaranteed a job upon graduating and if I do get a job and don’t like it I feel as if it would be hard for me to find a job outside of construction………………. Like I said I THINK I would like to be a commercial construction project manager if I can get that job but is it likely?? I have been networking as much as possible with a few local construction company’s since high school but it doesn’t seem promising………………………… I got construction experience my first summer out of high school and thinking about going back for my last two years of school…If you have experience in the construction field I would like your input on my chances of becoming a project manager….. what is the average pay of a project manager 75k? Do companys have good benefits? Is it possible to open my own business? Are you hiring? Does it pay well over seas? For the business folks…….. IS Walgreen’s a bad career choice? Could I get out of construction if my degree is Engineering Technology? What is a good yearly income?………. Last bit about me I enjoy school especially math…. any input is appreciated!

If you provide the mortgage company with all the requested info do they typically follow up on that. Does it vary from company to company or is it a common practice for them to execute the 4506t form. Also, has anyone everheard of first choice mortgage in charlotte? Any thoughts on them?
